Sustainable Ferrotitanium for Green Manufacturing Initiatives
Ferrotitanium is used as deoxidizer, degassing agent and carbon sulfur stabilizer in steelmaking. Our patented zero-waste process recovers 99% of slag as raw material for cement additives. Carbon footprint is reduced by 35% through biomass reductants and waste heat recovery systems. All FeTi products comply with EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) standards.
Developed recyclable FeTi packaging using biodegradable films. Partner with clients to recover titanium from end-of-life components via our closed-loop remelting program. In recent years, titanium has been used as a microalloyed element to produce high strength low alloy steels. The addition of titanium in cast iron contributes to the generation of fine quartz ink, and also plays the role of degassing, breeding, purification and refining the structure of the casting, and improves the wear resistance of the casting. Adding titanium to heat resistant cast iron can improve the heat resistance of cast iron. In addition, titanium-containing composite alloys are used as additives in the production of superalloys and aluminum alloys. The welding quality of welding electrode can be improved by using titanium iron as coating component.
