1.A method of carbon supplementation at the bottom of the furnace in the process of silicon metal 1101 smelting, the waste carbon electrode smelted by the electric furnace and/or the waste carbon brick smelted by the electric furnace are used as the raw materials for carbon supplementation, and after crushing, the addition time and amount are determined according to the size of the electrode current and the change of furnace condition during the production of electric furnace smelting. When one or two phases of the electrode current are lower than the normal control range of 70-80KA, the electrode current is first increased by electrode pressure discharge, and when the electrode current is not increased for more than 8 hours, the carbon electrode and/or waste carbon brick need to be added for carbon supplementation. It solves the problem that the long-term carbon deficiency in the reaction zone produces excessive silica, which leads to the viscous slag and is not easy to discharge, the temperature of the furnace bottom is low, the silicon outlet is not easy to open, the furnace hole is not smooth, and the bottom of the furnace rises.
