The results of the determination of titanium in the two standard samples were basically consistent with the measured values of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, and the method was used for the determination of 0.0014%~0.30% titanium in the standard samples and actual samples of silicon metal, and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=22) was 1.6%~4.6%.
