Products Description
Vanadium nitrogen alloy is a composite alloy made of vanadium pentoxide, carbon powder, activator and other raw materials, which is reacted at 1500~1800℃ under normal pressure and nitrogen atmosphere. Its main components are vanadium and nitrogen, and it may contain a small amount of other alloy elements, such as iron, nickel, chromium, etc., to improve its comprehensive performance.

The production process of vanadium-nitrogen alloy mainly includes carbon thermal reduction-nitriding method, electric arc furnace method, slag method, etc. Among them, carbon thermal reduction-nitriding method is a traditional preparation method, which requires strict control of reaction temperature. The key process equipment is a continuous atmosphere push plate high-temperature furnace, which uses silicon-molybdenum rods and other electric heating elements to obtain heat sources. In addition, there is a "one-step" production process, that is, reduction and nitriding reactions occur simultaneously at 1000~1700℃, and the raw materials are passed through an induction vertical furnace to obtain qualified vanadium-nitrogen alloy products at one time. This method can shorten the production cycle and improve production efficiency.

Adding vanadium nitride to steel can improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of steel, such as strength, toughness, ductility and thermal fatigue resistance, and make the steel have good weldability. When achieving the same strength, adding vanadium nitride can save 30%~40% of the vanadium addition, thereby reducing costs. The application of vanadium-nitrogen alloy in high-strength low-alloy steel can simultaneously carry out effective vanadium and nitrogen microalloying, promote the precipitation of carbon, vanadium and nitrogen compounds in steel, and more effectively play the role of sedimentation strengthening and grain refinement.

The application of vanadium-nitrogen alloy in the steel industry is its most important field. As an additive to steel, vanadium-nitrogen alloy can significantly improve the strength, toughness and wear resistance of steel, thereby extending the service life of steel. Adding vanadium-nitrogen alloy in the manufacturing process of pipeline steel, structural steel, rebar, tool steel and other steel can effectively improve and improve the strength and toughness of steel. In addition, the new three-grade steel bars produced using vanadium-nitrogen alloying technology, due to their increased strength, not only enhance the safety and earthquake resistance of buildings, but also save steel consumption. In the field of automobile manufacturing, vanadium-nitrogen alloy sheets and bars are used to manufacture automobile engine parts, suspension systems, etc. to improve the performance and safety of automobiles. With the continuous development of the automobile industry, the demand for high-performance alloy materials is also increasing, and the application prospects of vanadium-nitrogen alloys in automobile manufacturing are very broad.
