Molybdenum Sheet Production Process

The molybdenum sheet is dark brown, and if washed with alkali, it will have a silver-gray metallic luster. It can be produced according to the width and thickness provided by the user.
The surface is smooth and flat, without defects such as heavy skin, delamination, cracks, cracked edges, and inclusion of impurities.
Plates with thickness >0.7mm are supplied in hot-rolled condition, and plates with thickness <0.7mm are supplied in cold-rolled or cleaned surface condition.
Production Process:
Molybdenum billet (raw material) - inspection - hot rolling - leveling and annealing - alkali washing - inspection - warm rolling - vacuum annealing - inspection - cold rolling - leveling - shearing vacuum annealing - inspection - packaging.
