ZhenAn stocks TZM Molybdenum (Titanium-Zirconium-Molybdenum) in various forms and sizes. Below are most standard stock forms/sizes. If you don't see the TZM Molybdenum (Titanium-Zirconium-Molybdenum) size or shape you need, please call one of our materials experts; our sales staff are knowledgeable and can assist you. We can cut, slit, shear or centerless grind TZM molybdenum to your exact specifications, and we also have tremendous versatility with custom sizes, packaging and special materials

The fine-grained structure of the TZM alloy (titanium-zirconium-molybdenum) and the formation of TiC and ZrC in the molybdenum grain boundaries inhibit grain growth and parent metal-related failures due to fracture along the grain boundaries.

This also gives it better welding performance. TZM alloys cost about 25% more than pure molybdenum, while processing costs are only about 5-10% higher.

For high-strength applications such as rocket nozzles, furnace structural components and forging dies, the cost difference is well worth it.

TZM Molybdenum is available in sheet and rod form, in essentially the same size range as molybdenum (except for thin foil).

ZhenAn has extensive experience in TZM alloy (Titanium Zirconium Molybdenum) manufacturing. See separate TZM table.
TZM molybdenum and molybdenum alloys have higher recrystallization temperature, high heat resistance and better creep resistance than pure molybdenum.
