Review of the Vanadium Nitrogen Alloy Market This Week
Vanadium nitrogen alloy transaction volume was small this week, and the mainstream price temporarily stabilized at around 116,000-118,000 yuan/ton. After the concentrated procurement of medium and large steel bids before the holiday, the steel bids at the beginning of the month were slightly cold, and the prices of sporadic steel bids were still 115,000-116,000 yuan in cash, and some high prices were around 119,000 yuan in cash; the overall transaction rhythm slowed down at the beginning of the month, and traders were in a wait-and-see mood.
However, the price of flake vanadium remained strong at a low level, and the pressure of production inversion was great. The mainstream quotation of vanadium nitrogen plants was basically 117,000-118,000 yuan in cash, and a small amount of futures were quoted at 115,000-116,000 yuan in cash. It was difficult to find low-priced spot goods: transactions continued to be low, and the overall quotation enthusiasm of vanadium nitrogen plants was low.
