Submerged arc furnace for rebar mill.

Submerged arc furnace

Submerged arc furnace is mainly used in the production of industrial yellow phosphorus and silicon. It is required to use a graphite electrode for a submerged electric furnace with a high current density. It takes about 100 kg of Hp 100mm Graphite Electrode to produce 1 t of silicon, and about 40 kg of Graphite Used As Electrode to produce 1 t of yellow phosphorus.

Eaf Graphite Electrodes

Graphite electrodes possess excellent electrical conductivity, able to withstand high current densities and high-frequency current transmission, while maintaining good conductivity even under high-temperature.

Electric Arc Furnace Electrodes

Graphite electrodes exhibit outstanding thermal conductivity, enabling rapid heat transfer to surrounding media, ensuring the thermal stability and efficiency of the equipment.

Furnace Electrodes

Graphite electrodes possess superior corrosion resistance, capable of resisting the erosion of chemicals such as oxidants, acids, and alkalis, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.
